The full range of our current collection.

Our bon bons are built around chocolate — ganaches, pralines, and gianduja made in house from the same single-origin cacao we use in our bars. We've moved deliberately away from sugar-forward confections toward fillings where chocolate is the primary flavor and everything else serves it. The shells are hand-decorated in our Tucson factory, with a visual approach that has grown quieter and more refined over time — less color, more intention.

Made in a facility that handles tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs and peanuts. May not be suitable for people with allergies to these foods.

Craft Notes

Every element is made from scratch. Our ganaches are emulsified from Monsoon chocolate and fresh cream, our pralines from slow-roasted nuts and caramelized sugar, our gianduja from stone-ground nuts and chocolate produced on the same equipment we use for our bars. The assortment rotates across a library of roughly 20 flavors that reflects the season and what we're finding interesting at any given moment. Care & Storage

Our bon bon collections are best consumed within 3 weeks of the manufacture date, and you can find this information printed on the back of the package itself. It is best stored between 65 and 70°F, away from direct sunlight, and protected from moisture. We don’t recommend refrigerating our products unless absolutely necessary. If you choose to refrigerate, please make sure to store in an airtight container and allow cold products to come to room temperature before consuming.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from our Monsoon Chocolate shipping hub in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. We generally ship Monday through Wednesday through USPS or UPS to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. A flat rate of $16 applies to standard shipping. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Returns

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives in less than ideal condition or something is not as expected, please contact us and we will review your concern with care.
