Apricots Covered in Dark Chocolate

Organic apricots, unsulfured and without added sugar, enrobed in our 69% Monsoon Blend — a house dark chocolate built from single-origin cacao from Uganda, Ecuador, and Madagascar. Apricot and dark chocolate is a pairing with genuine logic behind it: the tartness of the fruit and the fruit-forward character of the chocolate move in the same direction, each making the other more legible. These are simple, and very good.

Ingredients & Allergens

Dried Turkish Apricots*, Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Cane Sugar*, Cocoa Butter*)

Made in a facility that handles tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs and peanuts. May not be suitable for people with allergies to these foods.

Craft Notes

Unsulfured dried fruit is less uniform in color and more concentrated in flavor than conventionally treated fruit — the apricots are darker, chewier, and taste more like apricots. The Monsoon Blend is chosen for its balance of brightness and depth, enrobing cleanly without overwhelming the fruit.

Care & Storage

Apricots Covered in Dark Chocolate are best consumed within 12 months of the manufacture date, and you can find this information printed on the back of the package itself. It is best stored between 65 and 70°F, away from direct sunlight, and protected from moisture. We don’t recommend refrigerating our products unless absolutely necessary. If you choose to refrigerate, please make sure to store in an airtight container and allow cold products to come to room temperature before consuming.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders ship from our Monsoon Chocolate shipping hub in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. We generally ship Monday through Wednesday through USPS or UPS to help prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend. A flat rate of $16 applies to standard shipping. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Returns

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives in less than ideal condition or something is not as expected, please contact us and we will review your concern with care.
