Care & Storage

Our Whole Vanilla Beans are best used within 12 months of purchase. They are best stored between 65 and 75°F, away from direct sunlight, in an airtight container, and protected from moisture.

We typically ship Monday-Wednesday via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

We charge a $16 flat rate for standard shipping. We also offer expedited shipping (1-2 days once shipped) for a flat rate of $55.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you find that your order is not up to par, please contact us.
